- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University (computer science preferred).
- Functional knowledge of google map and MS products 3-5 years experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills Previous experience with Remedy, Freshdesk or other ticketing system.
- Ability to collaborate in a team oriented environment and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
