Job Duties:
Installing, configuring, deploying IT Infrastructure: Computer Hardware (Servers, and Workstations), software’s, printers, and scanners
Maintaining IT infrastructure, user, group accounts and Group Policies within Active Directory
Creating and managing Mailboxes, Distribution groups in Exchange 2016/Office 365
Creating and Deploying applications and software updates using SCCM
Provide excellent customer service. Transform client experience by providing the immediate and precise support on all technical issues
Monitoring and addressing security alerts and incidents
Testing new technologies
Work as Level 2/3 support and provide remote support to users and IT team across globe
Create and maintain documents
Job Requirements:
6-8 years of proven experience in architecting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining IT Infrastructure
Proven track record in transforming user / customer experience
Experience providing ongoing support to users, Application teams and C-suite executives
Proficient in current protocols, operating systems and standards including Windows 10, Windows Server 2008R2/2012/2016/2019, Microsoft/Office 365
Experience with AD/DNS/DHCP/NPS and Vmware
Experience with System Center Configuration Manager/Endpoint Manager/Intune
B.S. in Computer Engineering or related field
Microsoft, Vmware and ITIL certification is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a 2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm IST job
