Kofluence Looking for IT Administrator at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Job Description

Maintain smooth operation of all the IT assets including coordination with network, software, desktop, end-users, and application Owners.

Troubleshooting all types of hardware, software, and network LAN-related issue wherein providing good support for internal clients of the organizations.

Proactively monitor asset and network performance, uptime, availability, and analyze logs/metrics.

User Management- Allocating, Collecting, and Inventory Management (create, maintain, edit, and deletion)

Handling the escalations from the internal and external customers.

Installation of Windows OS, MS Office, Service Packs, software and Third Party Applications, etc.

Installed & configured various Antivirus software as per the requirements.

Working with vendors for purchasing/renting IT assets.

Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

Sharing the weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.

Coordinating with the HR team on basic admin-related tasks.

Requirements

Education: Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years of experience with a good understanding and knowledge of software and hardware.

Hands-on Experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar role.

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of the configuration of operating system laptop/desktop.

Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), DLP, and data backup/recovery.

Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude.

Knowledge of mailing solutions like G-Suite, O-365, Exchange, etc
