This is a role for someone who craves a challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz. This role demands constant interaction with internal colleagues and external partners from different functions and backgrounds.
Responsibiilities
This is a role for someone that relishes facing challenges and delivering solutions. Sales is a very dynamic function that is always looking for improvement. This role interacts directly with Compass Agile teams- supporting technical partners and business stakeholders and requires a deep process and technology understanding.
Act as Scrum Master for Compass agile teams- facilitating agile routines & rituals including a program increment planning process
Participate in discovery and defining of requirements for Sales- Trade Accounting & Revenue Management- work with dev teams on defining story points- perform capacity planning.
Manage Program boards and delivery plans within Compass Microsoft Azure- be the agile coach for Compass teams
Participate in the solutioning & oversee technical activities performed by Compass IT Dev Ops team
Support upgrades and technology implementations for relevant architecture and toolsets
Key Components of the role
This role leverages a deep understanding on the trade and retail-execution sales processes with extensive knowledge about SAP ECC- Hana- CRM&TPM capabilities and Snowflake used by the organization to ensure that KHC North American Sales organizations are working with optimum capacity.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of rapid career advancement in IT or sales environments.
Extensive experience leading complex projects in the sales area. Scrum- PO/PM- Business Analysis- PMP or similar certification a bonus.
Proven record of accomplishment leading projects using agile project management methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree as well as Advanced Degree or Certification in engineering or business administration.
Proven experience in disruptive strategies- technologies and design
Advanced analytical capabilities.
Proven track record of problem solving as an owner- taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
Excellent communications skills.
