Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage the strong relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Establishing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Experience in Agile implementations
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Requirements:
University degree and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Project manager in a global organization
Project Manager Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is required
Proven experience in Project, Process & Stakeholder Management
Experience with process improvement & Inventory control
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
Experience overseeing an Agile project.
Budget management experience
Strong experience in effective planning
Excellent written and client facing communication skills
Budget development and tracking
Strong organizational and analytical skills
