Project Role: Jr. IT Support Engg.

· Project Role Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

· Work Experience: 6 Months to 2 Yrs.

· Work location: Mumbai (Field Based Job)

· Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities: A: Design and implement custom scripts, Test and validate the custom scripts Provision and implement configuration changes

· B: Troubleshoot process execution problems and work with other team members for any fix and validate

· C: Maintain and adjust existing automated solutions

· D: To understand requirements for new automation tasks e: Anticipate potential points of failure database communication points, file system errors

Technical Experience: A: 1 year of experience in Shell Scripting

• B: Use Linux Commands to Log Analysis/Job failure RCA and Perf checks of server including space, CPU utilization, Process check
• c: 2-3 years’ experience on Control-M to check/setup the jobs
• d: Knowledge of DB like Sybase, Oracle, MySQL to perform Ad-hoc query
• e: Log Analysis using Splunk
• f: Python Scripting to perform the Automation
• G: Able to use Grafana for monitoring Server Stats

• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.
• Handle software-related requests for assistance (problems)
• Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems

• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Maintaining good client relations.
• Fix software problems and test (verify) solutions prior to implementing them

• Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvement
• Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Make decisions quickly, sometimes with limited information
• Review work log, customer feedback periodically with supervisor and other analysts and technicians, to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
• Installing and configuring client computer systems.

Salary: From ₹200,000.00 per year
