Your Role and Responsibilities
Making sure that all ITM components are up and running all the time.
Installation and configuration of Tivoli Monitoring components such as TEMS, TEPS, TEMA.
Installation and configuration of ITM 6.3 Agents.
Multiple Account TEPS Situation Validation and creation and Customization as per the requirements.
Agent troubleshooting to ensure the collection status in TDW.
Create Users and Groups on TEPS and Netcool Webtop for administration.
Making sure that all Netcool Process are up and running all the time.
Installing and configuring Netcool Probes as per the requirement.
Perform Tivoli decommission tasks when servers are taken out of service.
Act as a vital link between the Client and the Operations team. Attending Client calls, interact with Clients. frequently and communicate feedback to the Operations team.Plan, design and implement monitoring solutions for customers using IBM Tivoli suite of products
Develop custom monitoring solutions to meet customer requirements. Eg: Custom agents using Tivoli Agent Builder·
Ensure that the performances of Enterprise Management Solutions are at the optimum levels and best utilized.
Perform application upgrades and bug fixing in a timely manner.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Provide technical guidance and assistance to the team members as and when required.Tools/ Products: IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.3 FP7, Netcool Omnibus, ITM, Ping Probe, EIF Probe, Mttrapd Probe,Mib2Rule Converter, GSMA, Bluecare, TDW, DB2, Integration using Log file agent.
