Technical Support Representative the Workplace Experience (advisor, coach) is the face of Workplace Experience and the CIO organization for Kyndryl within the global (country) headquarters. Your role will be to deliver the best on site experience by providing technical and operational support, coordinating between the on-site and off-site technical team, and providing overarching leadership to those teams.
It is expected that you will work with multiple stakeholders, including the Chiefs of staff and executive support teams, utilizing your natural enthusiasm, positive “can-do” attitude and strong customer facing skills to build connections and trust with Kyndryls.
You will be able to lead discussions on technical topics, and apply your customer led delivery style with this technical knowledge, to coach and mentor our teams around the globe to also deliver a positive and consistent experience for all Kyndryls.
Core responsibilities:
Manage multiple global stakeholders and team members.
Develop and recommend approaches to address current problems and issues.
Work with senior management to identify and resolve technical problems as they arise.
Anticipate future problems and issues and communicate effective mitigation plans.
Ability to translate technical issues into action, and experience issues into technical language
Become an expert in the entire Workplace, irrespective of whether something is within direct remit, and be able to approach and coordinate the right team to solve any current or potential issue
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science with mandatory IT certification viz.
Microsoft Azure Fundamental /RHCE/ CCNA/ ITIL.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Proficiency in spoken & written English is a prerequisite for Technical Support Representatives.
Strong customer facing/handling skills with a positive & servant leadership service attitude in all communication(s)
