About the role:
HR Business Partnering:
· Contribute to the delivery of the HR Strategy and lead the communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programs.
· Drive all central initiatives as Annual Appraisals & Reward Cycles, Employee Engagement initiatives etc.
· Resolve issues pertaining to daily operations like leave management, HR Documents, Official letters, Bank Letters, payroll disputes, final settlements and other HR Processes.
· Educate stakeholders of the HR policies and align them with the procedures for any issues that needs immediate resolution.
· Ensure compliance on all HR SOPs and exits
· Support in driving talent reviews & action planning
Talent Management
· Work closely with function heads to identify Critical Talent and roles
· Ensure talent profiles of Critical Talent are maintained and updated at all times ·Ensure succession planning for critical roles is done
· Work closely with businesses to plan IDPs for critical talent
HR Operations:
· Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes (for Tech/Product/Data people)(hire to exit).
· Maintain and update records for new joiners and exit employees·
· Responsible for employee benefit administration, employee requests and miscellaneous HR operations processes. ·
· Maintain employee data, creation of monthly HR MIS & Reports.
Special Projects ·
· Work closely with Sr. HR Leadership and COEs on various HR Projects
· Study industry best practices to make relevant recommendations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Skills required:
· Good communication skills – (both written and spoken)
· Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
· Expertise in MS Power point and Excel
· Good understanding of Local Laws and regulations
· Basic understanding of HR Systems
Job Experience:
· 4-7 Yrs for Junior HRBP & 9-11 years of relevant experience in Business Partnering
· Experience in driving learning and development interventions across businesses thereby creating impact for business.
· Ability to influence and work with stakeholders to create development programs aligned to career aspirations and business goals.
