The Manager of the IMT3 team is responsible for oversight of the IMT3 team. Oversees all technical
aspects of client(s) and their projects, including technology health. Gains a thorough understanding of
the client’s IT environment and initiatives.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of outages. The IMT3
team manages Severity 1 – 7 outages, conducts Root Cause Analysis, and post-outage impact evaluation
for Teleperformance’s worldwide call centers.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of client(s) and their outages(s).
Become familiar with and demonstrate a variety of contact center concepts, practices, technology, and
procedures.
Leads and directs the work of others. Coordinates with the IT teams in order to provide timely resolution
to Active Outages.
