As a WEBSITE Field Business Development Manager/Executive specializing in digital marketing plans , ERP and website sales, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities within the digital marketing and website development sectors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting effective solutions to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Target Prospective website/digital marketing Clients: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of digital marketing plans and website development services. • Build a comprehensive target list of potential clients and industries for effective lead generation. • Utilize various channels, such as networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals, to engage with potential clients. Understand the specific needs and objectives of potential clients and develop tailored digital marketing and website solutions to meet their requirements. • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present compelling proposals and sales pitches to potential clients. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and development, to create comprehensive solutions that address client needs. Relationship Building and Account Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations. • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Sales Pipeline Management: • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Manage and track sales opportunities through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure, using CRM tools and systems. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential opportunities. Field Industry Knowledge and Competitive Analysis: • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital marketing and website development. • Conduct competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and positioning strategies to stay ahead in the market. • Leverage industry knowledge to proactively identify new business opportunities and create innovative sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing or website development industry. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, website development processes, and associated technologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
