Expert IT Process Consulting (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Defines detailed functional and technical requirements and solution specification including testing

• Define project proposal /service request
• Define detailed functional and technical requirements
• Define solution specification and architecture (including use cases)
• Define acceptance criteria for requirements
• Manage service/product backlog priorities: Prioritize change demands including the alignment into release cycles (non-critical products) (add. Service Owner)
• Execute and advise customizing/configuration
• Define, execute and advise tests, including maintenance of test data, document and evaluate test results
• Advise and evaluate training documents
• Advise and evaluate operations manual and handover to operations
• Execute 3rd level support for running solutions
• Contribute and/or lead small/medium projects
• Support definition of IT-service integration (Service Owner role)
• Support definition of service availability and process demands and maintenance schedule (Service (Component) Owner role)
