Managed by the Business Relationship Manager, your mission consists in:

Job description

• Collecting the Business needs and requirements. Challenging the requests. Performing a study taking the request to a viable, clear, and defined project. Expected deliverables are Users requirements, impact study, UAT organization, and change management.
• For each project, coordinate the communication between the Business teams, the project team, and the Limagrain IT (Group ISD) in charge of the technical setup. (in or out sourced).
• Considering the Information System life cycle, ensure the global system consistency. (At the BU level). Also ensure the requested evolutions relevance. Be accountable on the border effects management.
• Manage relationship with the suppliers, internally or externally. Handle the organization complexity.
• You are the entry point of the team in the Asian region. You cover India, Thailand, and Vietnam for us, but can also punctually handle projects in AMPA or EMEA.
• Your functional scope covers all the company’ departments in Asia, on various ERPs (technical skills on this is not mandatory).

Profile

Your experience of at least 10 years in a complex environment allowed you to take a step back, an put things in coherence.

Engineer in IT or equivalent, your experience allowed you worked for various industrial and complex organizations, at all levels.

Your English is fluent. You are comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Availability to travel on a regular base over the region, punctually in EMEA or AMPA.
