In this role you will:
Efficiently prioritise, manage and respond to helpdesk calls logged on the help desk system
Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving software faults and if required, refer hardware faults to third party providers
Collaborate with HR team to ensure account setup is completed for new hires and internal transfers, installing and configuring all necessary hardware, peripherals, operating systems and applications
Amend privileges and security permissions on an ongoing basis
Liaise with third party vendors for software/hardware installations, and where required, assign warranties on hardware to third parties
Support the wider business with adhoc information requests such as those relating to data security and ICT policies
Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have a degree or over 5 years comparable experience in an IT support role
Have a ITIL/ITSM recognised certificate or are on the path to complete one. We can help!
Have experience working with Microsoft Desktop operating systems and knowledge of IOS and Android operating systems
Have previous application installation and configuration experience across numerous products such as MS Office, Adobe, Autodesk and Symantec
Have operational knowledge of MS Azure, Office 365, Powershell, Avaya IP Office and knowledge of group policy concepts and methods
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
