Job Description

• Being the key IT contact person both internally and externally
• Participating in design and setup of IT infrastructure of India Office
• Taking instruction from Regional to work with various parities on cloud, colocation and office IT setup
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for responsible IT related issues
• Working with CISO and IT on assurance of cyber security protection
• Participating in setting up, operating and maintaining required cyber security measures
• Maintaining and supporting network connectivity and associated network equipment
• IT equipment and software procurement in accordance with Regional procurement procedures
• IT vendor management and managing outsourcing vendors
• Developing and maintaining IT documents
• Supporting and coordinating the roll-out of Regional and Global IT projects, and assisting on the country level projects
• Ensuring IT operations aligning with Regional and Global IT policies
• Participating in DRP and BCP
• Participating in cyber risk management and IT governance

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in computer science, electronic engineering, information technology or equivalent.

At least 7 years of practical experience, in MNC preferred.

Good knowledge in Azure cloud and colocation data centre setup and operations, as well as networking.

Knowledge and skills in Infrastructure as Code preferably of Terraform

Familiarity with Microsoft Server and Office products, preferably with industry certification.

Knowledge in cyber security and IT governance.

Experience in supporting multiple locations and users from different background.

Experience in collaboration with a virtual team environment across different locations.

Competencies

• Strong knowledge and understanding on IT governance.
• Experience in Azure cloud and colocation data centre.
• Good IT infrastructure skills, in server, system, network, security and backup-recovery.
• Good cyber security concept and knowledge.
• Understanding cyber risk assessment and management.
• Good vendor management skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English
