JOB TITLE: – US IT BENCH SALES RECRUITER (Sr & Jr Level Candidates)

we are hiring for US IT Recruitment to work from Hyd & Gurugram office, Qualified candidates should have the below responsibilities.

Full Job Description:

• Good Experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the bench consultants.
• Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
• Good experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirement from prime vendor, Direct/Implementation Clients etc to submit the bench consultants.
• Negotiating the best rates following up on interview schedule & placing the consultants.
• Experience working with OPT/H1B/EAD’s/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants.
• Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
• Strong understanding of technical requirement.
• Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidates’ assessment Skills.
• Experience using job boars such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Working Hours: – Night Shift (6.30 PM IST – 3.30 AM IS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per month
