Have basic knowledge on switching and routing and Wifi configuration.
Capable of troubleshooting converged networks, IP/VOIP issues across LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN Routers, Firewalls, Switches, IP PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS.
Provide top quality technical support, troubleshooting of IT networks and communications systems, including associated applications.
This includes setting up servers, workstations, storage arrays, basic networking, entering IP information in devices, and installing software.

Required Candidate profile
Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory and Operating Systems.
Willing to travel and service clients promptly for breakdown.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide assistance to our customers as well as in-house staff. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help install applications and programs. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals and also attend service calls on location as and when necessary. To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.
