The Role

Logitech is looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support and training to our end-users around the globe.

The role will require a service-oriented mindset as well as creativity in solving issues.

We are looking for someone open and flexible, a great communicator who also likes to participate in projects and enjoys challenges.

The IT Employee Experience & Services Team is a global team supporting our end users & IT equipment in collaboration with other departments in all Logitech sites.

• Provide positive end-user experiences via phone, email, or chat identifying user’s needs and helping Service support, and guidance to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as well as remotely follow up with end users to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Engage in the discovery of new IT business tools, to support our business users as well as our internal IT Team.
• Work with our internal IT Teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
• Seek, Suggest, Evaluate, and implement process/technology improvements and automation.
• Create and update IT knowledge base (KT) as appropriate.
• Ability to work independently within a diverse global team

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support.
• Good Windows 10/ 11 and MacOS troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in Google Workspace, MS Suite and/or Slack
• Good communication skills, comfortable working with various stakeholders
• Knowledge in hardware install, cabling, and troubleshooting
• Good troubleshooting skills, bug finding, and resolution
• Very good customer service skills, great team player
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a remote team

In Addition, Preferable Skills And Behaviors Include

• Knowledge of Intune, ServiceNow or similar tools
• Oracle applications/database or SQL language
• Experience in Python or any other programming language

Education

• Three / Four year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
