We focus on Cloud first and Software defined approach to our managed services. We are currently looking for a Sr Network Engineer to oversee the Managed service operations for a Leading campus network.

Job Experience Requirement:

3 to 5 years experience in managing a large Enterprise / Campus network with CISCO gears, Should have working knowledge of independently troubleshooting the Network issues and have managed the complex Network configurations. Should have experience in working with the OEM’s for complex troubleshooting and ability to replace hardware modules as required. Experience of managing a small team of engineers would be preferable. Should love to work with the customer and strive for customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility:

Team leader for managing the Network support, involving monitoring and management of the campus network involving LAN switching and wireless components spread over the campus

• Monitor and maintain the network proactively to meet the committed SLA
• Configure Firewall and AAA systems to manage internet access
• Manage a Team of Jr Network Engineers and ensure faults are attended in time and records maintained
• Troubleshoot Network issues and ensure quick resolution
• Co-ordinate with OEM/ Vendors as required to rectify issues
• Create an excellent relationship with the customer stakeholders
• Prepare Monthly / Quarterly reports and Update customer
• Bring in Innovative mindset to Improve efficiencies through automation
• execute Design / configuration changes as required

Job Skills Required:

CCNA certification

Cisco 6500, 4500, 3500 Switch configuration and troubleshooting
CISCO 2960 , Nexus 7K / 5K switch configuration and troubleshooting

Cisco WLC 5520 & AP 3702 Config and Troubleshooting

Cyberoam Firewall management and troubleshooting

Cisco Prime infrastructure NMS operations and troubleshooting

Phython Scripting / REST API

Syslog and SNMP Knowledge

VLAN / STP / VPC Configurations

SDWAN solution knowledge

Windows Server and Active Directory
