Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Maintain and update the inventory of hardware and software assets
Provide users with the necessary training to use assets effectively
Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference
