L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&T’s deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.

• Experience: 6+years experience in design preferably from a premier institute with training and deep experience in design or product and digital experiences, minor experience in account management, strategic planning, creative leadership

Key Responsibilities

Creates innovative visual design, layouts, iconography and interactive web and mobile products solutions to ensure that all products are consistent with the corporate brand and identity.

• Provide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive UX/UI design as well as brand for the company
• Understand and design complex functional specifications
• Responsible for production design and asset management for each project assigned
• Work closely with software developers, interaction designers, usability specialists, marketing personnel and product managers
• Deliver all design solutions on time, with a high focus on detail.
