Good Technical knowledge in handling Composites Material and Products
Good Knowledge in procurement practices for Composites Material and Products
To establish & handle EPC (Sub system / System) kind of contract with suppliers / partners
Evolving right terms and conditions for Procurement of EPC (Sub-System / System ) projects
Strong commercial knowledge
Risk assessment, analysis and mitigation for such kind of contracts.
Ensure compliance to requirement of corporate, regulatory, QMS Guidelines
Converting requirement in to Enquiry and floating to vendors, work out techno commercial comparison and negotiation with supplier
Knowledge of procurement of Fabrication, machining, Bought out / Std parts, System /Sub-systems as per project requirements
Monitor and improve the suppliers performance with respect to Cost, Delivery and Quality
Hands on experience in MS office (Word / Excel / Power point ) & ERP system like BAAN / SAP
Domain knowledge in ISO9001 and AS9001 systems preferred
Ready to work in challenging environment, resolve Vendor related techno-commercial issue in co-ordination with team members of other functions
Good communication skills, self driven, good trouble shooter
Costing and price analysis, Vendor performance analysis
