Job Description
5 to 8 years of Total Experience.
∙Provide full onsite/desk side and remote support to end users for all their IT issues,
service/change requests
∙Image, deploy, upgrade and refresh PCs and manage assets
∙Administrate and solve incidents assigned to the local on-site support
∙Manage IT Assets using Service now for any changes pertaining to assets allocated to
location users
∙Capture all demands coming up from various business units and take it up internally with
respective stakeholders for delivering them back to business within stipulated time
∙Should follow up with all the stakeholders for completing the assigned tasks and demands
in time
∙Timely response to the commnications received from business users pertaining to User’s
requests or IT issues
∙Participate in small to medium size IT Infrastructure projects
∙Participate in all Local and Global IT Rollouts
∙Provide hands on support to Infrastructure team with servers , storage, backup, network,
telephony and infrastructure
∙Advise customers and users on their IT needs and best practices
∙Establish and maintain strong relationships with local business
∙Provide local subject matter expertise regarding processes, technology, organization and
business
∙Continuous development and improvement of On-Site Support service delivery
∙Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and standards
∙Work with the Service Desk, Application Managers, IT Managers and other stakeholders
using the ITIL methodology for IT Service Management
∙Team up with your peers at other locations in case of cross functional support is required
∙Need to have experience about the basic configuration of various PLM tools like Enovia,
Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault & Windchill PLM systems
∙Basic knowledge of Servers configuration , backup, Data Center infra, Networking ,
switching , LAN , WAN
