Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • To chalk out product feasibility from Simultaneous engineering for vehicle assembly/ Battery Pack.
  • To prepare budget as per the instructions and guidance of seniors
  • Stage by stage process planning for complete vehicle assembly/ Battery Pack.
  • Preparation of Process sheets and DCP documents.
  • Simultaneous engineeing & Vittual simulation using softwares like 3D Experiance, Catia etc
  • Front loading of data with R&D team and getting in implemented. Lessons learnt of old projects & Must & Wanted sharing with Engg. team and tracking for getting it implemented.
  • To meet project deadline of dies planning and execution as per project
  • First time right process planning and product feasibility
