Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Technical implementation in whole life cycle of project delivery on Rockwell FTPC (Development, Testing, Site Commissioning, post go live Support)

.FTPC Project development and deployment

MES L2 helpdesk support and Enhancement

24/7 Rockwell FTPC MES Application and Technical Support

MES system monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution and RCA recording

Understanding of new MES requirements

Solution Architect Role for the MES Application change management

Process improvement in FTPC

FTPC enhancement activities

FTPC Standardization

SAP-MES Integration enhancement activities

Ability to mentor junior team members; team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Must be proficient in all the phases of SDLC to deliver MES project’s functionalities. (analysis, planning, development, testing, configuration, monitoring, and reports)

Experience

/ B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA with 5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Strong Implementation and architecture knowledge of Rockwell MES Platforms (FTPC, JAVA, FTVP)

In-depth understanding and experience Rockwell products like EIG, Purge, Live Transfer, FTVP, FTTM, etc.

Good knowledge of .net, ASP.Net, SSRS & Java Technologies.
