Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Managing and controlling the IT Budget for Sales Planning, Outbound Logistics, Pricing, HO Commercial, Field Commercial and Sales Key Projects.Facilitating alignment between the business ask and various key stakeholders like Group IT, , Marketing, GST, Accounting, etc.Developing and implementing IT architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs.Leading and monitoring SAP applications development, GRC role authorization, support for seamless working of systems and processes for Sales.SAP system master maintenance for Pan India dealers and customers and monitoring of background schedule jobs.Responsible for managing and maintenance of business SAP T codes 100+ and SAP tables 40+ to ensure smooth operations for PAN India dealers and all plants and RSO’s.4) Enhancements, Configurations, Mapping of New Functionalities, Changes in Functionalities of SAP.Managing and displaying ownership of Vehicle Sales, Retail and inventory data management, Legacy system data.Managing queries from various government agencies and statutory bodies.Responsible for furnishing reports to TOP Management like Month closing Billing and Retail, Press releases, Dealer Stock Report , plant and RSO stock, GST report, inward/outward.Front facing and managing internal and external IT audits related to sales and close the observations / suggestions.Managing and enhancement of eDCM, DBM-SLIM system and resolving queries of Dealers and Field team.Daily eDCM monitoring for all products and pan India dealers and resolving issues.100% integration of DMS -SAP and SAP-DMS data Pan India for Vehicle Sales like Retail, VDN, Billing, Dealer stock.For any data mismatch issues for DMS – SAP, coordination with DMS team to sort issues and resolve AO queries.System readiness for New Product Launches as per direction given by TOP management and ensuring Zero error at time of launch.Daily Management of operation work for smooth business transaction like order creation, deletion, status report, SAP table maintenance, removal of old stock, MTA table updation.Resolving 5 Plants / 20+ RSO’s billing and ordering related issues.CTC and RandD Capex order execution with proper data maintenance in system and responsible for resolving internal employees query.For New dealer all activities like extension in SAP for all products, RSO’s and plants done.Create Customer ID in APO, maintenance in APO for dealer ordering.Responsible for ensuring eDCM system is fully operational with training.Ensuring new dealer is extended in all peripheral systems.Top Management and Media report for all segments including SCV,MTBD.Resolving and Managing 300+ dealers PAN India, ensuring that all queries are resolved within 24 hrs.Responsible to publish daily reports for Top Management and other stakeholders. Reports Billing and Retail, PNDG, Plant stock, dispatch, RSO stock, status report.
