Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
M&M is seeking to deploy digital connectivity solutions for manufacturing across multiple factories and locations. These involve medium and large size projects leveraging PLC controls, MES, IIoT, Industrial networking systems, SCADA, Big data, Industrial Security, and associated technology enablers, in the automotive domain. This demands a synergy between ideation of plans, a clear need-based articulation of philosophies such as Energy management, Machine connectivity enablement for Predictive Maintenance and quality, detailing of data granularity based on its specific functions as required for manufacturing or inspection, testing etc., as well as a deep understanding of possible integration of these features during deployment of digitization. With more focus on automation and integrated workflows, manufacturing digitization will seek to create architectures which have a smaller footprint in cost, while addressing a more detailed and enriched delivery. Talented engineers, with a passion for working in the above technologies, and high energy levels are needed to match the fast-track deployment programs across multiple factories.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Automation and integrated workflows, to enable data fidelity and collection of data at source. Interface of sustenance functions and automation of the same, to enable anticipated support on devices, applications and overall make the existing systems automated and capable of remote support. Architecting of digitization from sensors, edge devices, and MES functional deployment. Work in close collaboration with the Development team & Nerve Centre for crucial diagnostic inputs. Identification of digital transformation opportunities in manufacturing & converting into BoM, Data enablement from legacy and contemporary systems, Data transformation and transfer, Edge Analytics with signal-data transformation, Scenario creation for Machine-Line-Shop, Manufacturing Analytics – Machines & Processes, Consolidation of Data generating device methods, Sensorics for Power/Machine and Process visualization, Cycle based standardization for machines, Data categorization for MES terminals and Manufacturing devices, Enablement of data input from key touch points in manufacturing value chain, Supplier Process data transfer, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. /B.Tech.)
Branch: Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA & above
