Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The Strategy Lead for Group Technology Office role reports to the Group Technology Office. This role is primarily to play point on behalf of GTO and be responsible for executing the agenda on behalf of the Group Technology Officer.

Spearhead Innovation for the function in alignment with the Technology Priorities . Also support on creating & driving Technology Strategy. Act as the common point of contact among executives, employees ,clients and other external partners. Develop function level scorecards and track progress. Conduct extensive and periodic competitive benchmarking exercise and work on translating the findings into actions along with the direct reports. Should be able to generate insights.

Responsible for ideating and executing the TLT agenda in collaboration with the tech leaders across the group. Conduct feasibilities for new businesses, markets or land acquisitions. Will be the gartner interface in driving that partner relationship. Collaborate with the direct reports and HR to drive department wide initiatives like capability building, culture- building and talent management. External Partner Relationship management. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.

Experience

3-4 Years

Preference with someone who has a pre-sales background
