Job Summary

Job Role :
Manage & monitor all installed systems and infrastructure and install, configure and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools of Malabar Group.

• Provide 2nd level of IT support to end users regarding issues raised from businesses applications and systems.
• Manage hardware and software assets of Malabar Group.
• Responsible for AV/Patch Update
• Deploy monthly MIS Fixes / Patches
• Troubleshoot Antivirus Definitions and diagnose the applications for bug fixing to ensure efficient and high quality service.
• Responsible for the resolution of out of date pattern files
• Responsible for responding to and resolving the IT issues raised from business units on both applications and systems

Competencies Required :

• 2 to 5 years of experience in multi-vendor enterprise environment
• Understanding of IT processes and procedures
• Console operations – verify system availability
