A leading IT Company based in Kerala looking for a Deputy CEO.

Location: Calicut,Kerala,India

Salary: 1 Lakh+ incentive

Preferences: Keralites/ South Indians who have both technical knowledge and business development experience

The Role:

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer who will take the lead to transform the organization to meet the requirements of tomorrow, by building on the success we have built over the last few years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success, helping to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success. We expect you to be a product manager and an inspiring leader, with excellent IT experience and a strong business mindset.

The applicant should have an impressive track record in implementing sales strategies for identifying and developing new products and markets. You should be a thought leader in the technical space who is hell-bent on research to keep abreast of industry trends as well as cutting-edge tools and technologies. Revenue generation and managing the technical and business development teams will be the primary responsibility of the Deputy CEO.

Technical knowledge:

Desired experience with mobile and web applications with Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Android, IOS, and various Frontend and Backend Technologies.

Experience with more than one languages/ web frameworks

Frontend libraries- ReactJS, React-Native, ValueJS, Flutter, Angular etc

backend Javascript frameworks(ReactJS, React-Native, NodeJS etc)

Laravel, PHP, ionic, Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails, Python frameworks( Django, Flask, Fast API…)

Experience with DevOps and cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in IT or related, MBA from any top business schools preferred

-10 years of IT experience

-Experience in Business Development

-Expertise in Product Development and Project Management
