Job Responsibilities

• Understand the product and competitive landscape thoroughly.
• Prepares and delivers appropriate presentations, and demos on the product. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and service.
• Maps client’s requirements and generating business from new accounts.
• Keeps a tab on the latest technological spurt and update the team about its possible impact on our product.
• Prepares and execute planning calendar for each season, and promotions to work closely with the product marketing team for the success of campaigns.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements, and having a solutions-driven mindset.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, and suggests team.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains lead pipeline and conversion trackers along with other necessary reports.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Communicates with clients, makes outbound calls to potential customers, and follows up on leads.
• Understands customers needs and identifies sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information via email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Researching and qualifying new leads, Closing sales, and achieving sales targets.
