We are looking for a HR manager who can help properly manage all our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities. You will foresee all the recruitment plans and guide recruitment and Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities : Responsible for HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits and employee engagement. Be a business partner and work closely with the operations to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR related issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programs. Acquire an in-depth understanding of the business units and their people challenges, provide a proactive support service that is tailored to operational needs. Support managers in recruitment exercise and source for potential candidates through internal & external channels and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent. Requirements : Bachelor of degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of HR experience with good business acumen. Provide HR advice in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way. Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment process through direct sourcing.
