As a Business System Administrator – Jira, you’ll have a crucial role in helping our internal and external customers achieve success by managing relationships and responding to their questions and service requests. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty to tackle any issues, and you’ll work very closely with the global support team (CIT) to prioritize and resolve issues.
Must Have: –

Excellent verbal / written communication as well as organizational skills.
Outstanding problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
Ability and desire to create and manage knowledge base articles, Documents, and SOPs.
Experience in developing and conducting group training.
Intense curiosity about how systems work and a “can do” attitude.
Relevant certifications.
Flexibility to work extended hours/weekends with minimal notice for projects and outages.
Hands on experience on Jira Cloud/On-prem Administration
Experience regarding Configuring Jira Service Desk.
Familiar with ISO27001 control, Process, Audits, Evidence collection, etc.
Bachelor’s degree and ‘3 years’ experience.
Good Understanding of IT Security.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work on JIRA tickets to help users with permissions, access and various other issues.
Manage the User Accounts/Groups, Projects, etc.
Managing and updating workflows with following proper documentations and approval process.
Maintain, update existing Jira projects and create new projects as required.
Updates to existing and create new reports and dashboard per requests.
Make changes and implement permissions in a scalable and secure fashion.
Document system changes and handle Business process documentations
Provide needed help for Internal/external audits with evidence.
Work on integrating JIRA with other business systems.
Generate and maintain the reports/licenses.
