The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on role which offers rich opportunities to grow in the technology industry working on leading Adobe tech areas such Content commerce and Personalization, The candidate should bring ingood working experience of working on Adobe technology and should have demonstrated this via quantifiable and qualitative experience. The TBA conducting analyses and developing high impact recommendations and oversee the overall program as the client custodian aligned to client priorities and leadership. He/shewill also have opportunities to lead business initiatives and help innovate and strategize the Martech platform initiatives.
The primary responsibility includes insight generation, providing recommendations & decisions for implementation, driving critical metric measurement, and executive reporting of KPIs across Adobe products , AEM , Adobe commerce andPersonalization The person will partner closely with Technology and Marketing teams to innovate and drive well-rounded website strategy and personalizationuse case implementation across multiple brand websites.
Responsibilities:
.Develop customer insights and analysis by identifying and providing data insights for Content / websites development.
.Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders holding an Agile first Marketing transformation.
.Drive discussions and program plan with website build partners and internal stakeholders
.Design and automate reporting that drives an improved understanding of product usage & User journey in Adobe Experience cloud.
.Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making when needed.
.Use multiple data sources to provide a view of the customer journey across products.
.Find innovative ways to search for relevant patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large data volumes that lead to business/ product improvement.
Skills:
.6 to 8 years of proven experience in technology, product/marketing analytics and driving concrete insights.
.Worked on at least one largetransformation program end to end in AEM ( latest versions ) , Adobe commerce and Adobe Target
.Exposure to multiple content management and personalization products will be an added advantage.
.Strong analytical and quantitative orientation and a good team player
.Proven understanding of how content systems work in a multi website and other customertouch points, in a complex client environment.
.Ability to support programs with high content velocity and digital assets.
.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
.Can clearly, concisely, optimally across multiple levels within the organization, ability to transform data into clear presentations for leadership.
