IT operations

• Implementing monitoring and alerting for uptime and availability
• Managing and tracking daily scheduled tasks through checklist and dashboard and monitoring of website.
• Interaction between the business owners and Application development team to facilitate issue resolution / incident management.
• Oversee the scheduled activities and allocate work efficiently amongst resources in accordance with timelines.
• To work on feedback from users, Senior Management, Regulators etc for uptime and availability of website.
• Maintain MIS and periodic updates to Senior Management for operational activities / follow escalation matrix.

Compliance and audit adherence

• Adherence to organization security and compliance guidelines
• Manage regulatory inspection and internal audit.
• Maintain MIS and periodic updates to Senior Management.
• Create SOPs, user manuals or help documents (as per template)
• Maintain documentation of activities & roles performed by the team.
• Providing correct and timely regulatory / audit data

Educational Qualifications

Essential – M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E / MCA

Role Requirements

• Knowledge of linux, shell scripts, C/C++, database
• Knowledge of ITIL / SDLC life cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of project management

Experience

Essential:

• 15+ years’ experience in maintenance support and exposure to finance domain (capital market)
• Leading IT operations team.
• Working knowledge of linux, shell scripts, C/C++, database etc.
• Operations management through ITIL / SDLC lifecycle.
