Overview
The Customer Edge Delivery team is looking for a Network engineer in project management role to drive our customer sites at network and hardware level. Candidate is passionate about the continuous support journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an problem solving mindset along with good communication skills
Role
You would be managing and providing reliable support to Mastercard customers to implement new, replace and upgrade network/infrastructure setups. You would be leading to replacing the end-of-life items before time. Implement TCP/IP setups. Act as a network project owner and collaborate with vendors & internal team for time bound deliverable. As sense of belonging and owning it for our customers. Keep database and project documentation updated including network drawings. Be accountable to deliver outcome with quality. Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization’s network.
All About You
. Network fundamentals of Cisco routers, switches, servers, firewalls, cloud, SD-WAN
. Telco WAN & LAN setups, implementing and troubleshooting
. Good to have CCNA and PMP certified with desirable knowledge
. Fluency in communication
. Knowledge about Change management and Change ownership
. Proven working experience in project management, handling large volume of projects simultaneously
. Skills in being managed, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
