Providing Support to Field (Domestic/Overseas) Engineers
Trouble Shooting, Diagnosing and Resolving Product issues
Log the Complaints in CRM
Simulate the problems at Support Centre
Report Product issues to Design & Software Team
Provide prompt Solution to the Customer
Knowledge Base Maintenance on Website
Identify the Product Area that needs Training
Identify the Field Engineers who need Training
Design Training Modules Updating Training Modules
Identify the Region where Training to be carried out
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech (Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering)
