About the role/Job overview:

We seek an experienced IT Executive to oversee all aspects of our Information Technology department in mCaffeine. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, systems management, and a proven track record in vendor management. You will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations by managing relationships with external IT vendors, supporting business applications, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing and maintaining antivirus, firewall, and other security measures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure data security, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to best practices in IT operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions and support.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and products.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, systems configurations, and vendor contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience as an IT Executive in a medium to large-sized company, preferably in the personal care or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including ERP systems, cloud computing, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
