We are looking to hire System Engineer with 2+ years of experience who can supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure needs. . You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operation of computer systems and networks throughout an organization, ensuring reliable performance and data integrity. We’re seeking an experienced systems administrator who In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Setup and maintain workstation (Windows & Mac) hardware and software along with infrastructure management and upgrade.
• Monitoring of infrastructure with regard to security, compliance and audit, data loss prevention, endpoint protection, etc.
• Assist users with desktop support all office locations
• Monitor for and respond to end user security incidents
• Perform software updates, patches, and license monitoring
• Exposure to work on Microsoft active directory
• Implement and administer the IT Security Policy and upgrade as and when needed
• exposure to work as Linux System Administration
• Good understanding of Shell scripting.
• Exposure to initiate and maintain SOC, ISO compliances would be an added advantage.
• Experience of Server Monitoring and Installations
• Experience with Github is an advantage.
• Quick learning abilities to implement new technologies and troubleshoot issues.
• Capable to perform server configuration/deployment infrastructure

Skills you need in order to succeed in this role

• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt to new processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have knowledge of network devices such as switches and firewalls
• Must have a strong knowledge of IT systems, security, servers, desktop support
• Experience with G Suite, Zoom, Slack, LDAP/MSAD, and Office 365 administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Apple OS a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud a plus.
