The Scope of work would be working as Independent Contributor as follows-
Recruitment and Staffing:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening
resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
3. Conduct initial interviews and assessments. Design Induction process.

Employee On boarding:
1. Facilitate the on boarding process for new employees.
2. Ensure that new hires complete all necessary paperwork and orientation
activities.
3. Coordinate with various departments to provide a smooth on boarding
experience.
Employee Records Management:
1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Handle documentation related to promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Benefits Administration:
1. Assist employees with benefits enrolment and address related queries.
2. Collaborate with the HR team to administer employee benefit programs.
Performance Management:
1. Support performance appraisal processes.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement
plans.
Employee Relations:
1. Address employee concerns and inquiries.
2. Collaborate with HR and management to resolve workplace issues.
Training and Development:
1. Coordinate training programs and development opportunities.
2. Assist in identifying training needs within the organization.
Policy Implementation:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
1. Compile and analyze HR metrics.
2. Generate reports for management on key HR indicators.
3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
Legal Compliance:
1. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
2. Ensure the organization’s HR practices align with legal requirements.
Employee Engagement:
1. Assist in organizing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
2. Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Exit Interviews:
1. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends.
2. Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support:
1. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
2. Assist in the coordination of HR events and programs.
