JOB Responsibilities:
In This Role, You Will

Work well independently and within a larger team in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone & electronically.
Troubleshoot all technical related user issues, including hardware, software, account, and printer issues.
Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Install and support various software applications as needed and approved.
Follow all company processes and procedures.
Log all support related tasks in company ticketing system.
Provide support in the maintenance of the company’s network and infrastructure as directed.
Maintain data integrity and file system security according to company policy.
Setup and deploy workstations, servers, networks and printers.
Manage inventory for workstations, laptops and other IT asset in company tracking system.
Possess a deep knowledge of all PC/End User Support technologies (OS Win 10, Apple Mac OSX up to MacOS Mojave, VPN, Endpoint Security, A/V (Audio Video System), ISTM, Skype for Business, Office 365, Exchange and Active Directory administration)
Have experience of handling medium-to-large scale PC/OS deployments.
Possess strong ability to utilize Configuration Management solutions (i.e. SCCM, Jamf)
Sets the standards for Knowledge Base articles (KBs) by investigating and documenting incident root cause and resolution
Provide escalated local/remote support and troubleshooting across all geo-locations (US, EMEA, APAC)
Fulfil duty as a member of the weekly on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support (as required)
Collaborate with other IT Infrastructure Teams to ensure optimal operations of all systems
Possess fundamental knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN architecture and Network & Server administration
Possess ability to identify, track and articulate trending issues and produce metrics (as required)
Support backup systems and their integrity.
Must display ability to act independently as well as in a team setting; must have excellent teamwork skills.
Assist and help manage and deploy company cell phones and other industrial devices.
Assist with technology outages as needed.
Travel as assigned and needed.
Additional projects and tasks assigned as needed.
The ability to take initiative and solve problems with limited direction.
Smart hand support to other IT team members.
Preferred Qualifications
BE/ B.Tech / BCA/ or equivalent Degree or 3 years Diploma in CSE, IT, ETC
Hands on experience on SCCM, Intune or other MDM Support platforms will be an added advantages.
Must have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills. VIP Support (Stakeholder management) experience.
MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) – Windows Server 2012, Windows 8/10
Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, Good knowledge on O365.
