Job Description
Position Summary:
The IT Technical Analyst acts as an interface between Meredith internal customers and the Information Technology teams. The primary focus of the Customer Service Specialist is to assist consumers of Meredith’s IT Services with their technology needs and to assist in the successful resolution of technological issues that may arise. The Customer Service Specialist gathers information, answers questions, and directs requests/issues to the appropriate support team. This service includes requests for new equipment or services as well as service or support of existing equipment or services. Focus is on exceptional Customer Service to the internal and external user. iNOC stands as Indian NOC team, supports on all days and extend the support during all US public holidays.

Work Experience • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer and service support. Skilled in customer service principles and practice. Proficient in relevant computer systems, applications and technology. Specific knowledge and experience with the following systems and applications is preferred: 2+ years “hands on” administration experience on Customer Service support, 2+ years on monitoring systems and resolving issues (Linux/Windows). Jira or similar Customer Service support software Knowledge on Windows and MAC operating systems Enterprise networking concepts Experience on Zabbix Monitoring tool added advantage.
Candidate Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1- 4:30 / 5:30 AM – 01:30 / 2:30 PM (All days) 2- 8:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Weekends
