Essential Knowledge & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
Accredited Salesforce Application or Systems Architect, working towards Certified Technical Architect
At least 3 years of experience managing a highly effective support team
BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Several years of experience as a technology leader supporting software throughout a product or feature lifecycle
Experience in effectively managing a range of tasks and priorities, simultaneously
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. A phenomenal team mate with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of one or more of the applications making up the platform
The ability to drive decisions, take initiative and be hands-on
