About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in the Digital IT Solutions & Tech Consulting space India, growing their profits by 40% per quarter.

Job Description

• Design the Talent Acquisition strategy for all leadership positions across functions and businesses
• Own the entire recruiting process (from designing a search strategy to offer extension) for all leadership roles (i.e. VPs and above) across the globe
• Partner with the senior leaders and provide guidance on the best hiring strategy/talent outlook in the relevant markets
• Partner with other HR CoEs: HRBPs, Rewards, On-boarding, etc.
• Perform ongoing pipelining of top talent candidates against anticipated future needs of the business
• Manage senior stakeholders by acting as an advisor when it comes to understanding the talent landscape while being able to influence them backed with strong market data
• Build a strong leadership recruitment team

The Successful Applicant

The relevant candidate must:

• Have 10-15 years of exposure to Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in managing Leadership Hiring
• Have strong experience in hiring for leadership roles within the IT/IT Services space
• Strong business acumen & deep understanding of various business verticals
• Strong stakeholder management with a proven track record of being able to influence and drive the leadership team
• Strong communication skills
