Job Description
Lead a team to translating Business requirements across core applications into actionable inputs for IT Partners for delivery
Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs – Techno-functional specifications – Development – BAT – Production release
Conduct Cost Benefit analysis of all major projects recommend a Prioritisation Framework for project delivery keeping in mind the business objectives
Effectively engage with User Group to meet the project delivery objectives and keep them updated on status of various projects
Create an Application Road-map for Core applications in line with business objectives
Drive the IT governance framework on New product development/enhancement and release management
Ensure technology related issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner
Lead the Budget preparation existing and New application developments
Lead the steer com and other engagement framework with key partners
Lead the production support for all the applications
Ensure adherence to SLAs
Institutionalise best processes for effective production support and better stakeholder management
Management reporting of dashboards

The Successful Applicant
Has good understanding of lending or more domains
Strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving and understanding the big-picture
Requirements Elicitation and Analysis using Visual Modeling, Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling, UML, Use Cases, Flow Charts, Stream-line diagrams, Context Diagrams, Domain Models etc.
Working knowledge of Database features, Entities & Attributes, Data dictionary, data rules and DML operations
Ability to understand conceptual, logical and physical data models, SQL query writing involving multiple joins; set operations and sub-queries
Communication (Verbal and Written), Elicitation and facilitation skills, ability to embrace and understand the change process, Issue / Escalation management, Negotiation/Decision making skills, effective in planning, scheduling and delegation
Good grasp of Agile methodology, business analysis in Agile
Lending Business Domain experience (Preferred Micro Finance Business), having worked on IT related projects
Has performed Feasibility Analysis, exposure to IT Strategy Road Map assignments
