Job Description

Lead the Electrical Design and Construction team for the mixed use development commercial project

Work along with Engineering Design Consultants and Project Management partners to effectively steer the project from the Schematic Design to Design Approval to Construction Phase of the project as a Electrical Engineering Subject Matter Expert

The Successful Applicant

Electrical Engineer with experience range of 12 to 16 years, worked in Design and review of electrical systems, low voltage systems and knowledge in IT as related to electrical interfaces

Strong experience in design and reviews, ideally have undertaken independent electrical infrastructure design reviews for large scale mixed use projects (3 Mn Sqft and above) in India or Abroad.

Should have worked in a team (of sizes 5 to 20 people), and able to understand the local and international construction, building codes, and local compliance requirements as related to electrical discipline.

Specialisation in any particular sub discipline (Post graduation etc) of electrical engineering, instrumentation, etc is an added advantage.

Should be proficient in software used in designs and reviews such as AUTOCAD,BIM, Dialux, MS Office applications etc.
