JR32852 Channel Sales Operations Analyst (Model N Help Desk Support)
The Channel Sales Operations Analyst will report into the Sales Operations organization working closely with Channel Sales and our Channel Partners (Distributors) to drive partner engagement and operational excellence. The successful candidate will provide business system support for the Model N platform which supports channel revenue, business management processes and operational continuity. The candidate will partner with internal collaborators across functional teams and channel partners to drive business and operational effectiveness to support sales productivity and enablement.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide daily Model N Help Desk Support – support business management of Model N system and provide domain expertise, guidance, and training to internal and external users on various aspects of the system
Trouble-shoot common Model N issues for global users both internally and externally, including EDI/RosettaNet issues
Enter and support Model N system IT cases
Provide support related to business processes and continuity, including setting up new user and handling user accounts
Develop Model N user guide and training and communicate to internal team members and external partners
Ensure compliance to WW channel policies and procedures
Document business processes, policies, and procedures
Support audits and compliance with Legal, Trade Compliance and Sarbanes Oxley controls
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience (5 yrs+) in any of the following or related fields: Business, Sales/Marketing, Finance
Proficient in English (oral and written); Chinese-Mandarin language is desired. Additional languages are considered an asset.
Experience in Model N system is desired, but not required. Must demonstrate a technical ability to learn new software tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (ideally SAP, Salesforce.com) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer experience mentality and interpersonal skills
Passion for driving operational process improvement and excellence
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and handle contending work
Motivated and upbeat self-starter with drive for continuous learning and results

Experience working in distribution or channel sales desired, and knowledge of IT and Semiconductor Industry is a plus
