Job Description

As an IT Process Manager at Micron Technology, you are joining an ambitious and progressive team in a top semiconductor company rapidly growing in India. Are you ready to join a company which gives equal opportunities to all and values diversity?

You will be responsible for finding opportunities and implementing tactics for streamlining, and continually improving activities related to the processes. We will support you in nurturing a culture of quality by handling key process performance, linking process performance to strategy, and ensuring consistent execution. You will keep the partners involved and communicate necessary process and procedural changes to team members who perform process functions, and support behaviors that contribute to sustaining improvements.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Measure, update and report on process performance based on the right metrics.
• Determine and provide metrics and status reports for management review.
• Manage process and procedure improvements and promote process health.
• Coordinate or lead process design teams by considering feedback from partners/stakeholders.
• Track, evaluate, and drive process improvements and concerns.
• Collaborate and draft to produce process materials with teams.
• Collaborate to determine the best way to provide improvements and process enhancements to the affected team members.
• Participate in the development of process training documentation and media such as Process Best Practices and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Qualifications

• The capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
• The ability to work independently and meet timeframes.
• Can influence without authority.
• Good understanding & Experience with Service Now ITSM tool and Change Management module.

o Experience working with Configuration Management Process and its process governance.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network and server web related applications).
• Has good understanding or worked on one or more of the below processes:

o Incident Management

o Knowledge management

o Change Management

o Quality Management

o Audit etc.

• Sound understanding of the Project Management and deliverables.
• Experience in handling process governance roadmap, projects and execution.
• Evaluate tools necessary to execute the process
• Participate in Creative and Innovative thinking.
• Drive behaviors that ensure process adoption and compliance.
• Manage process and procedure improvements and promote process health.

o Sound understanding of CSDM framework

o Good understanding of CMDB health dashboard.

Education

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management
• ITIL Certification

Experience

Required

• 8+years’ experience working in an IT organization or ITIL equivalent framework handling the Change management Process across the organization.
• Project Management

Desired

2-year experience in any of the following:

• Supervisory experience
• Service management or service delivery
• Generating and analyzing metrics
