Job Description for Technical Support Engineer
Experience: Fresher
· Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
· Should have knowledge of Hardware and troubleshooting the same.
· Should have knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.
· Should have basic concept of Network Functioning and Troubleshooting.
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues.
· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Teamviewer, Anydesk)
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
· Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
· Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹144,000.00 – ₹180,000.00 per year
