Job Overview:
The IT Supply Chain Admin is responsible for collection of multiple IT Equipment assigned to single users, globally. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing canned responses and reporting as well as end user communication to drive asset collection.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and customer service skills, business acumen and a capacity to dive deep to solve complex problems. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Communicate with end users and cross functional team members through chat, email, ServiceNow
Supplier communication and task coordination
Maintain and compile data necessary for routine reporting and analysis
Identify and clearly articulate any variances to leadership
Create tickets for the global team to collect the access.
Use of inventory management systems to accurately stow/move equipment to its location
Receive into Asset Management systems
Check asset into legal hold section, confirm weekly in asset management system that legal hold is still noted; Remove hard drive
Applicable asset retention
Lost/Stolen Device Management:
Assign and remove devices from users, get information out of ticket system, wipe devices from previous users, and send phones to repair vendors
Manage individual task backlog
Manage team task backlog and escalations, when applicable
Monitor and drive task handling quality process across team
What You Will Need To Succeed:
Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with logistics processes
Problem-solving aptitude
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira a plus
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience as a Logistics Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role
Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment; ability to re-prioritize on a regular basis in order to remain current with business needs
Self-motivated; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under limited supervision
